Orthodontic Care for Smiles Across Metairie, LA

All I can say is this is, hands down, the ABSOLUTE best place!!! With being older, I originally started looking for a place to do bonding and was referred to another office. This particular office was highly recommended being upscale, premium location. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in the door, my experience was far from what was expected and made me feel like I made the biggest mistake. It took me 5 months to decide to just try another place. I had already been to Dr. Murphy , 4 years ago, for my daughter with awesome results and great experience sooo decided to just see. Well, all I can say is that is was the absolute best decision I ever made. The moment I entered I was immediately greeted with smiles, checked in and before could sit , I was called back by Julie to start the process. It was very emotional, I know silly but a smile is everything. I’ve paid/ paying for 4 sets of braces and seeing the smiles on my daughters/ stepdaughters is truly so heartwarming knowing they are happy, confident in themselves, their smiles. As I’ve aged the spacing in my teeth have gotten worse resulting in my own insecurities and not wanting to smile or be in pictures. So it was now my turn, it was me in the consult seat and I was nervous, embarrassed but this Team, Dr. Murphy , each person I interacted with helped make this decision the best decision. Julie was great from the moment I sat down helping make the right choices, payment plan etc. It was quick, efficient and all communicated to Dr. Murphy who came in going over entire plan, answering all questions. Once I said, “ Let’s do it!!” I was quickly met by an orthodontist assistant and my Invisalign Journey began. The entire Team is truly amazing!! It really does make a difference and I am beyond grateful to all of them. Soon as you walk in you are greeted by (I think) Courtney and Cheryl (sorry spelling) and they are always smiling . As for the Orthodontist Assistants, I’ve had a few different ones but the one that goes above and beyond every single time , is Rhesa. My stepdaughter is also currently being seen and even if Rhesa is not seeing either of us she makes a point to just come see us to check on us!! Rhesa is just the sweetest ever . She has amazing chairside manner from building trust, reducing anxiety, and providing clear, compassionate communication. I’m on the ending stretch of my journey and on my last appointment she showed me everything, broke it down for me, explaining in detail then asked if had any questions. Lastly, every single appointment literally takes 15 minutes , 20 probably because I talk to much but that just means I’m comfortable. Mrs. Julie was a big help from day 1 only was in office less than 2 hours! With X-rays & putting my braces on! Selected a nice payment plan everything was affordable! Look forward to having a great braces experience with them!

Great staff! My son got his braces put on today (same day as consult!) and the staff explained everything they were doing and made him feel comfortable. They have payment plan options in the office to make it easier on families.
