Briana presented with moderate spacing and different angles of her front teeth. During major space closure sometimes the gums compress and become swollen or “bunched up”. At McMurphy orthodontics we will do a gingivectomy mid-treatment to clean this bulky tissue up and continue treatment with better visibility while also making brushing and flossing easier for the patient. In Briana’s case we did a second laser treatment to make things perfect right before getting her braces off. Congrats Briana on your gorgeous smile! 🦷🪥✨
